“We start with cutting French Bread, straight from our local bakery friends in New Orleans, then we mix it with toasted pecans and let it soak in our “special sauce” made from our age-old family recipe. Now, we can’t reveal all the secrets to our sauce but to excite your palette, we can give you some clues: fresh cream blended to perfection with a dash or nutmeg, some stout rum, and… mmmm…!
